Who may participate in the Jewelry Consultant Program?
Any individual, business entity or charitable organization located in the United States, U.S. Territories or Canada may participate in the program. Individuals must be 18 years of age or older. A valid Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number or Federal Tax ID number is required. You must submit an online application, agree to the terms and conditions, and be accepted into the program.

What does it mean to be an Independent Jewelry Consultant?
As an independent jewelry consultant, you will be building relationships with people and selling our high quality engagement rings and fine jewelry. You will decide how much time to invest in your business according to your own financial goals.

As a Jewelry Consultant, am I considered an employee of Jewelry Central?
No, you are an independent contractor and not an employee.

Do I need to have prior sales experience to be a Jewelry Consultant?
There is no prior sales experience required. To be successful, you must enjoy working with people and be passionate about having your own business and becoming financially independent.

How much income can I expect to earn as a Jewelry Consultant?
As an independent business owner, you are in full control of your success. You can work as much or as little as you want to achieve your own financial goals, and we are here to support you all the way. Our opportunity can generate a part-time or full-time income, depending on how you establish and grow your client list over time.

How will I get paid for my sales?
Commissions are paid into your paypal account. For each completed sale, you will be paid within 60 days of the shipping date. You can view our commission structure below.

Will I receive online training and marketing support?
Once you are accepted into the program, you will receive access to our online training tutorial and consultant support team.

Can I keep track of my business online?
You will receive a free online business center to manage your customers and track commissions.

Is there a minimum sales quota to remain active in the program?
There is no minimum sales quota to stay active in the program.

Are there any startup or membership fees? Do I need to keep an inventory?
There are no startup kits, charges or membership fees. There are no inventory or product purchasing requirements. We handle all payment processing, customer service and order fulfillment. You focus on building relationships and making sales.
